The following conditions apply to orders placed through YourPlush.

Shipping Destinations

YourPlush ships internationally to a wide range of countries and regions.

Available shipping destinations may vary depending on current carrier availability, customs requirements, logistical restrictions and other circumstances affecting international shipping.

The countries and regions currently available for delivery are shown during checkout. If a destination cannot be selected at checkout, shipping to that destination is currently unavailable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on factors such as the destination country, number of products ordered, shipment size and available shipping method.

The applicable shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

The shipping options and prices displayed at the time of the order apply to that order.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, such charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Campaign Production and Delivery Times

Most products offered through YourPlush are part of a limited-time funding and preorder model.

Products are generally not mass-produced in advance. Production begins after a campaign has successfully reached its required funding or order goal.

As a result, delivery times are longer than those of conventional in-stock online stores.

Depending on the respective campaign, production schedule, destination and international shipping conditions, delivery typically takes approximately 1–3 months after the successful completion of a campaign.

The estimated production and delivery timeframe applicable to a specific product is displayed on the respective campaign or product page.

The delivery estimate shown for the respective campaign at the time the order is placed takes precedence over the general estimate stated above.

All delivery dates and timeframes communicated before shipment are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. International transportation, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control may result in delays.

Where possible, customers will be informed of significant changes affecting the expected delivery schedule.

Payment Methods

Payment by credit or debit card is available.

Depending on the customer's country, currency, device and the payment services currently supported by our checkout provider, additional payment methods may also be available.

All payment methods currently available for a particular order are displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

Campaign Payments

Certain campaigns use an initial pledge or partial-payment model.

In these cases, the initial amount payable, the total product price and the remaining amount to be charged if the campaign is successful are displayed as part of the respective campaign and checkout process.

If a campaign reaches its required goal, the remaining product amount becomes due and will be charged in accordance with the payment authorization provided when the order was placed.

If the required remaining payment cannot be collected successfully, the affected order may be automatically cancelled in accordance with the applicable campaign terms.

If a campaign does not reach its required goal, the campaign will not proceed and any initial pledge payment will be refunded in accordance with the applicable campaign terms.
