Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping Conditions

Delivery is made within Germany (domestic) and to the following countries: Austria and Switzerland.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €4.90 per order.

Orders with a value of €70.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

International Deliveries

Shipping costs for international deliveries are charged at the following flat rates:

Austria: €7.90
Switzerland: €19.00

For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties or import fees may apply. These costs must be borne by the customer.

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods takes place:

within 3–5 days within Germany,
within 7–8 days for international deliveries

after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

If you choose to pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged at the time the contract is concluded.

How does YourPlush work?

YourPlush turns your favorite creators' ideas into real plush toys — but only if enough fans want them. A creator submits a design, we review it, and open a petition. When the minimum number of supporters is reached, production kicks off and every supporter gets their plush delivered.

What does "Pledge $2 Today" mean?

The $2 pledge reserves your spot. It's a small commitment that signals real demand to the creator. Only once the petition reaches its goal do we charge the remaining amount — no goal reached, no charge.

When will the plush toy be produced?

Production starts as soon as the petition hits its supporter goal. From there, expect roughly 3–4 months until your plush ships — we manufacture sustainably and with quality, not rushed.

When do I pay the remaining amount?

The remainder is charged once the petition succeeds and production is confirmed. You'll receive an email notification before any charge — full transparency, no surprises.

What happens if 200 supporters aren't reached?

If the goal isn't reached in time, the petition doesn't launch — and your $2 pledge is fully refunded. Zero risk to you, zero risk to the creator.

Am I guaranteed to receive a plush toy?

Yes — once a campaign successfully funds and you've completed payment, your plush is reserved. Every supporter gets theirs, no waiting lists or lotteries.

Are there any benefits for supporters?

Early supporters often get exclusive edition numbering, a lower price than the final retail, and first-access to future drops from the same creator. Some campaigns also include signed tags or extra goodies.

How long does shipping take?

Within the EU, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production completes. Worldwide shipping is available with extended timelines.

Is my payment safe?

Absolutely. All payments are processed via PCI-compliant payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna). We never store card details on our own servers.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel anytime before production starts for a full refund. Once the plush is in production it's locked in — we produce exactly the numbers needed to avoid waste.
